Change your Amazon Password

Figured this deserves some extra effort and publicity. Older Amazon passwords (apparently like a few years old) could be easily cracked. This is due to the fact the only the first eight characters matter. As the article says, if you’re password was, for example, password123 then Amazon would let someone in if they guessed password456 or, maybe, even just password. The problem is fixed if you just go change your Amazon password.

    Agreed. Even if you think you’ve changed the password recently, it doesn’t hurt to change it again!

    Coincidence being what it is, I noticed just last night that my Amazon password was weak and changed it.
